U.S. Under-18 MNT Drops 1-0 Decision to Sweden to Round Out Lisbon International
LISBON, Portugal (May 24, 2008) -- The U.S. Under-18 Men's National Team closed out the Lisbon Tournament with a 1-0 loss to Sweden, finishing the tournament with one win and two losses. Their lone win came against host and tournament-winner Portugal.

The lone goal of the game came in the 73rd minute, when a his-hit clearance was brought down by Rasmuss Jonsson just outside the U.S. penalty area. Jonsson hit a hard shot from 18-yards out that went low to the far post, just out of the reach of goalkeeper Larry Jackson. The Under-18 MNT will next come together in late July.
