The U.S. Under-20 Women’s National Team will kick off their first of two camps prior to the 2008 FIFA Under-20 Women’s World Cup, training in Sunrise, Fla. from Sept. 21-28. Head coach Tony DiCicco has 21 players into the camp, which he will use to make his final World Cup roster selections.

The U.S. Under-20 Women’s National Team has been drawn into Group B of the FIFA Under-20 Women’s World Cup along with France, Argentina and China, and will based in Chillan for its first two games before moving to Temuco to round out the first stage. The Final Draw took place on Saturday evening in Santiago, Chile.

After a training camp in New Jersey from July 23-28, in which the U.S. Under-20 Women’s National Team downed the W-League’s New Jersey Sky Blue by a 5-1 score, the team headed to England, where it dropped matches to the Everton Ladies (1-0) and the Arsenal Ladies (3-1).
