CAREER | ELEVATING WOMEN IN THE WORKPLACE

Deborah Golden | Government & Public Services Advisory Cyber Risk Services Leader, Deloitte

For this workshop, we will focus on how to elevate women in the workplace – showcasing how we can be courageous with ourselves and others in the workplace. Women are often challenged with the concept of personal power. We understand it’s important to have personal power in order to have successful careers and fulfilling relationships — but we are often quick to give it away. Most of the time we aren’t even aware that we’re doing it. Our challenge — and this workshop — is designed to embrace that personal power — our courage, our uniqueness, and our success. We will challenge you to show your power of courage to try new things, speak openly, pursue your passions and become your more authentic selves! Join us as we explore ways in which we might all speak up and change the culture of power — for women! Access this sessions’ worksheets here.
