The U.S. Men’s National Team is set to take a break from World Cup Qualifying and kickoff the 2017 CONCACAF Gold Cup with a matinee matchup against familiar foe Panama on Saturday afternoon at Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tennessee.
Having faced each other nine times in the tournament, and at least once in each of the last six competitions, the U.S. owns a 5-1-3 record against Los Canaleros in the competition. The MNT is also competing with Panama in The Hex, recording a 1-1 away draw on March 28th and is set to host the Central American side in Orlando on October 10, presented by Volpi Foods.
