CHICAGO (Jan. 4, 2024) – The official slate of candidates to stand for election as Vice President of the U.S. Soccer Federation has been confirmed by the Nominating and Governance Committee of U.S. Soccer.
Three candidates successfully met the requirements to be entered in the election, which will take place during the National Council Meeting at U.S. Soccer’s Annual General Meeting from Feb. 8-11 in Dallas.
2024 U.S. Soccer Vice Presidential Candidates (listed alphabetically): Michael Cullina; Nathán Goldberg Crenier; Dr. Pete Zopfi.
To be placed on the ballot, candidates had to meet the following requirements:
- The completion of a background check.
- Submission of three letters of support on official letterhead from an Organization Member (as defined in Bylaw 302) and/or one of the Athlete Representatives on the Board of Directors (as listed here).
