• Mauricio Pochettino makes one change to the lineup that faced Jamaica in Kingston on Thursday, inserting Tim Weah for the injured Johnny Cardoso. Weah will make his first appearance since the red card against Panama on June 27 in Copa América.

• The back four of Joe Scally, Mark McKenzie, Tim Ream and Antonee Robinson start together for the second-straight match and third time overall, having previously worked the 2-0 win against Panama last month in Austin, Texas and Thursday’s 1-0 win at Jamaica.
• Three starters have scored against Jamaica. With his strike on Thursday, Pepi took his goal total against the Reggae Boyz to three, following his brace in World Cup qualifying on Oct. 7, 2021. Pulisic bagged a brace and McKennie added the other goal in the USA’s 3-1 win in the Concacaf Gold Cup Semifinal on July 3, 2019 in Nashville.
