CHICAGO (March 4, 2025) – U.S. Soccer announced the return of the successful SheBelieves Summit, presented by Deloitte today, reaffirming its commitment to empowering future female leaders on and off the field.

This year’s Summit, set to take place April 4, 2025, in downtown Los Angeles will feature an exciting lineup of speakers and every Summit ticket will also include a ticket to the USWNT match vs. Brazil on April 5 at SoFi Stadium, the first-ever women’s professional sporting event to be held in the stadium.

  • Sports Icon and Equality Champion Billie Jean King will headline the event. King, the founder of the Women’s Tennis Association, The Women’s Sports Foundation and the Billie Jean King Foundation, will talk about women in sports and the support of the next generation of leaders through sports and education.
  • USWNT head coach Emma Hayes will discuss her female 360 approach to women’s soccer which includes female-centric research, professional development and creating a “female blueprint” to win and set the bar for the global game.
  • NWSL Commissioner Jessica Berman will join the “SheSoars” fireside chat at the summit to discuss catapulting women’s sports into the mainstream.
  • Expect more exciting additions to the speaker lineup, which will be announced in the coming weeks.

The event, which will be live streamed, will provide attendees with networking opportunities, career development workshops, and mentorship sessions designed to inspire the next generation of female leaders in sports, business, and beyond.

David Wright, U.S. Soccer’s Chief Commercial Officer commented:

“At U.S. Soccer we believe soccer is more than a sport, it is a force for good and we are committed to empowering women through our SheBelieves program and our annual Summit. Soccer and sport build future leaders, and this Summit gives women the opportunity to learn from some of the foremost experts and innovators in women’s sports and then see Emma Hayes and the U.S. Women's National Team take on Brazil on April 5th at Sofi Stadium in L.A.”

Emma Hayes, USWNT head coach added:

“I’m very much looking forward to my first SheBelieves Summit. As we continue to view our game through a female lens, it is very important to provide women, who are building careers in and out of the business of sport, with guidance through inspirational conversations. The SheBelieves Summit gives access to incredible conversations that can be transferable across industries, and to hear from an icon like Billie Jean King is a fantastic opportunity. She is the living embodiment of the growth of women’s sports in the USA. I look forward to seeing our attendees at the USWNT versus Brazil game the next day.”
