ATLANTA (Feb. 27, 2026) – U.S. Soccer today announced the return of the SheBelieves Summit, presented by Deloitte, to Seattle, Washington on April 14-15, 2026. Timed alongside the U.S. Women’s National Team’s match against Japan at Lumen Field, presented by Allstate, the two-day Summit will convene trailblazing leaders in sports, media, fashion, and business for candid conversations about leadership, performance, and the continued rise of women’s sports.
The Summit reinforces U.S. Soccer’s commitment to investing in female leadership and building the future of the women’s game on and off the field. Additional speakers and programming details will be announced in the coming weeks.
The two-day event will take place at Victory Hall at the Boxyard. On April 14, attendees will gather for a pre-match reception and watch party for the USWNT match vs. Japan, presented by Allstate. On April 15, the Summit will feature live fireside chats, keynote conversations, and interactive sessions designed to connect established and emerging leaders across sports and business.
The programming blends inspiration with actionable insight, creating space for meaningful dialogue, mentorship, and collaboration.
- USWNT Head Coach Emma Hayes returns for her second consecutive Summit appearance for a featured fireside chat. Widely regarded as one of the most influential leaders in global soccer, Hayes will discuss the intersection of performance and mindset, and how she has navigated pressure, resilience, and transformation throughout her career.
- For the first time in Summit history, an active USWNT player will join the program as a featured speaker, offering firsthand perspective on leadership at the highest level of the sport and discussing the impact of the Kang Women’s Institute, a platform dedicated to advancing scientific research and performance innovation for women and girls in sport, made possible by philanthropist and women’s sports advocate Michelle Kang.
- JustWomensSports Founder and CEO Haley Rosen will bring the expertise of her trailblazing media brand to her first Summit. Through original programming, digital media, and editorial coverage, JWS amplifies the stories of women in the sports industry, shining a spotlight toward the women that inspire this event.

- TNT Sports Broadcaster Sara Walsh returns to host the SheBelieves Summit for the second consecutive year, guiding conversations with some of the most dynamic voices shaping women’s sports today.
“I was inspired by the conversations at last year’s SheBelieves Summit, and I’m thrilled to return to Seattle to continue building this community,” said Emma Hayes, U.S. Women’s National Team head coach. “The Summit is about more than sport. It’s about leadership and creating opportunities for the next generation.
Sharing this stage with one of our current players makes it even more powerful, because the future of the game is being shaped in real time.”
