U.S. Women's Futsal National Team Head Coach Diego Burato Selects 18-Player Roster for July Training Camp
Futsal WNT to Hold First Training Camp at Arthur M. Blank U.S. Soccer National Training Center from July 7-12

ATLANTA (July 6, 2026) – U.S. Women’s Futsal National Team head coach Diego Burato has selected 18 players for the team’s upcoming training camp to be held July 7-12 at the new Arthur M. Blank U.S. Soccer National Training Center in Fayetteville, GA.
The camp is the team’s first at the state-of-the-art facility, which opened in May, and is a key component in showcasing U.S. Way philosophy, which prioritizes strategic investment in resources, infrastructure, and holistic support for the Federation’s Extended National Teams —including the Futsal National Teams — to ensure they are equipped to compete and succeed at the highest levels of international play.
"We're very excited to be back on the court with our team,” Burato said. “This camp will be a special one because, for the first time, we'll be training at the NTC, where we'll have the opportunity to practice, watch film and hold our team meetings all in one place. We've been working hard to establish a strong foundation, and the team has responded extremely well. For this upcoming camp, we'll be welcoming six new players, and our goal is to create healthy competition while continuing to prepare the team to perform at the highest level."
Ten players return from January’s training camp in Denver, as well as eight that were part of the 2025 Concacaf W Futsal Championship squad. That list is led by U.S. Soccer’s 2025 Women’s Futsal Player of the Year, Sarah Martin (Bowie, Md.), along with fixos Carlie Banks (Peachtree City, Ga.), Jeannette Fieldsend (Indian Trail, N.C.), Viet-Thy Tran (Santa Clara, Calif.), goalkeepers Ellie Goodrich (Alexandria, Va.) and Martha Lord (Bedford, N.H.) and ala Citlali Luna-Jaimes (Grand Rapids, Mich.).
The roster also include six players summoned for their first Futsal WNT camp, including Hannah Anselmo (Fall River, Mass.), who plays professionally in Greece for AEK Athens, Natalie Oronoz (La Mirada, Calif.), Michelle Betancourt (Memphis, Tenn.), Ally Harrison (San Jose, Calif.), Callie Hefner (Channahon, Ill.) and Natalia Niebles-Webb (San Jose, Calif.).
Officially launched in 2022, the U.S. Futsal WNT began a year-and-a-half Talent Identification process the following year and held its first full National Team training camp in July 2024. The team played its first international matches in a series of friendlies at Costa Rica in February 2025 and competed at the inaugural Concacaf W Futsal Championship in April 2025 at Guatemala.
