U.S. Under-19 Men's National Team Head Coach Rob Valentino Names 20 Players for International Training Camp in Marbella, Spain
U.S. U-19 MNT Will Play a Series of Three Matches During Training Camp on Southern Coast of Spain from Sept. 24 – Oct. 6
ATLANTA (Sept.22, 2026) -- U.S. Under-19 Men’s National Team head coach Rob Valentino has called up 20 players for an international training camp and matches that will run from Sept. 24-Oct. 6 in Marbella, Spain.
During the camp, the U.S. will play a series of three matches at two venues, Banús Football Center and Marbella Football Center. The USA will face Wales on Sept. 29 at Banús Football Center, before taking on England on Oct. 2 at Marbella Football Center and culminating the camp against Norway on Oct. 5 at Banús Football Center.
This is the fifth time the U.S. U-19 Men’s National Team will gather this year, but the first camp where Valentino will lead as he transitions to coach this team after leading the U.S. U-20 MNT.
The roster is comprised of players from 13 MLS clubs, with Red Bull New York and Philadelphia Union leading the charge with two players each.
There are four European professional clubs represented on this roster: Primeira Liga Sporting CP (Portugal), Eliteserien League Fredrikstad FK (Norway), Premier League Brentford FC (England) and Chelsea FC (England).
A total of three players return from 2026 U-20 Men’s Concacaf Championship this past summer – William Lodmell (Sporting CP), Brandon Dayes (Louisville City FC) and Alex Shaw (Inter Miami CF).

This camp is a part of the Federation’s continued focus on the U.S. Way philosophy, which emphasizes increased programming for Youth National Teams to create more opportunities for young players to advance through the pathway to the senior National Team with the goal of representing their country at a world championship.
