• At 17 years and five days, Philadelphia Union midfielder Cavan Sullivan is the youngest player in the Starting XI. Sullivan will also become the youngest USMNT player to start against Mexico.
• Alex Freeman will make his 24th consecutive USMNT appearance dating back to June 15, 2025, in a 5-0 victory against Trinidad and Tobago.
• Eight of the XI have faced Mexico before, while the remaining trio of Julian Hall, Diego Kochen and Cavan Sullivan will make their first appearance against Mexico in the same window they earned their first cap.
