ATLANTA (Nov. 4, 2026) – U.S. Men’s National Team head coach Mauricio Pochettino will bring 25 players to the Arthur M. Blank U.S. Soccer National Training Center for the training camp ahead of the Concacaf Nations League Quarterfinals against Haiti. The two-leg series will be the first official competition of the 2030 FIFA World Cup cycle. The U.S. is aiming to win its fourth Concacaf Nations League title, after lifting the trophy in three of the first four editions.
"We are excited to bring this group together at the beginning of our journey in this important competition,” Pochettino said. “These players have earned the opportunity to compete and help achieve our main objective, which is to win and advance in the tournament.”
The U.S. will begin its quest on Nov. 14 at Nu Stadium in Miami, with kickoff set for 4:30 p.m. ET. Three days later, the USA will host the second leg of the series at TQL Stadium in Cincinnati, Ohio. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. ET. Both matches will be broadcast on TBS, truTV, Universo, HBO Max and Peacock, and on radio via Westwood One and Fútbol de Primera.
The USMNT won the first three editions of the Concacaf Nations League, starting with the thrilling instant classic triumph against Mexico, 3-2 in overtime, to secure a victory in the inaugural tournament in 2021. In 2023, the U.S. dominated Canada 2-0 to claim its second championship. In the most recent victory in 2024, the USA rallied for an extra-time 2-1 defeat of Jamaica in the Nations League semifinals before adding another chapter to its history of Dos a Cero victories vs. Mexico for its third straight title.

OFFICIALLY OFFICIAL
The USMNT returns to action following the September and October window that featured a perfect 4W-0L-0D record, which included victories over Concacaf rivals Mexico and Canada. The Concacaf Nations League Quarterfinal matchup against Haiti will be the first official competition of the new cycle for head coach Mauricio Pochettino and staff ahead of the 2030 World Cup. Following a fourth-place finish in the 2025 CNL Finals, the USA will chase a fourth title in five attempts beginning with the quarterfinals.
DEPTH FOR DAYS
Capitalizing on a deep and talented player pool, the U.S. showcased its attacking depth during the last window—netting 12 goals from seven different scorers while featuring both the fastest debut goal of the modern era and the youngest goalscorer in program history. With an average of 24 caps, the squad now heads into its first official competition together.
The refreshed roster features a balance of World Cup veterans and players who made their first appearance during the past window. Forwards Folarin Balogun and Christian Pulisic, along with midfielder Weston McKennie, return for the first time since the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Alongside the two uncapped players, defender Bryan Reynolds will join the camp for the first time under head coach Mauricio Pochettino. Reynolds returns to the national team setup for the first time since the 2023 Gold Cup. Following his international debut in 2021 at age 19, he has earned seven caps and scored one goal for the USMNT
FIRST CAP FEVER
During the previous window, the USA sent out 13 debutants across four games with all 28 rostered players featuring at least once. Eight players from the September and October camp return after making their first appearance during the window: Mathis Albert, Justin Ellis, Julian Hall, Diego Kochen, Adri Mehmeti, Neil Pierre, Brian Schwake and Cavan Sullivan.
The U.S. roster for the upcoming Concacaf Nations League matches against Haiti highlights the growing depth of the USYNT program, featuring first-time call-ups for defender Reed Baker-Whiting and midfielder Santiago Castañeda. Baker-Whiting, who represented the U.S. in the 2025 FIFA U-20 World Cup, joins Nashville teammate Brian Schwake, while Tampa-born Castañeda heads close to home for the opener in Miami.
BUSINESS IN THE BUCKEYE STATE
In one of the most important states in American soccer history, the USMNT has recorded a dominant 16-3-5 record in Ohio and has not lost a game in Cincinnati since 2019.
The USMNT has played five games in the Queen City, with four matches taking place at TQL Stadium where the U.S. remains unbeaten.
Cincinnati opened the doors of soccer-specific TQL Stadium for the first time in May 2021, months before hosting a sellout crowd of 26,000 people as the USMNT beat Mexico in the USA’s first match at the stadium, a Dos a Cero victory in 2022 World Cup Qualifying.
The U.S. went on to play at TQL three years in a row. The squad defeated Morocco 3-0 on June 5, 2022, in a match that featured three players - Joe Scally, Malik Tillman and Haji Wright - who earned their first caps and went on to represent the United States at the 2022 FIFA World Cup. On July 9, 2023, the USA advanced to the semifinal of the Concacaf Gold Cup after topping the Canadians 3-2 in penalties following a 2-2 draw in regulation and extra time. In the last match before the start of Mauricio Pochettino’s tenure, the USA tied New Zealand 1-1 on Sept. 10, 2024.
HISTORY WITH HAITI
The USA and Haiti have met 19 times in their history dating back to 1954. The U.S. holds an all-time advantage of 8W-6L-5D, with the past five matches decided by a goal or less. Four of the five most recent meetings between the teams have been in official competition, with all four coming in the Gold Cup.
The U.S. hasn’t lost to Haiti since the last century in a 1-0 defeat in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, on Nov. 5, 1973. The USA has a 10-game unbeaten streak with five matches coming in official competition.
Most recently, Les Grenadiers and the USMNT squared off in the USMNT’s final group stage match of the 2025 Concacaf Gold Cup. The game opened with a goal from midfielder Malik Tillman in the 10th minute before Haiti scored an equalizer in the 19th minute. The match was decided in the end by forward Patrick Agyemang, who scored in the 75th minute to clinch the victory and the top spot in the group.
Players with Haitian roots, from Joe Gaetjens’ winner against England in 1950 to Jozy Altidore and now Neil Pierre, have long been part of the USMNT story.
CHAMPIONSHIP PEDIGREE
The roster features a tournament-tested core, with 10 players who have been part of at least one Concacaf Nations League title win: Tyler Adams, Folarin Balogun, Sergiño Dest, Weston McKennie, Christian Pulisic, Gio Reyna, Chris Richards, Antonee Robinson, Malik Tillman and Auston Trusty.
The group is anchored by a quintet who are the only players on the roster to earn championship medals across all three of the USMNT’s Nations League victories (2019–20, 2022–23, and 2023–24): Dest, McKennie, Pulisic, Reyna and Robinson. Adams, Balogun and Richards have each won the competition twice. Three players on the roster have also been named Best Player of the Tournament: McKennie earned the inaugural award in 2019–20, Pulisic took home top honors in 2022–23, and Reyna claimed the award in 2023–24.
CHASING NUMBER FOUR
The USMNT won the first three editions of the Concacaf Nations League, starting with the competition’s inaugural tournament in 2021. The quarterfinal round this month marks the USA’s first step toward another piece of continental hardware.
The USA claimed the first Concacaf Nations League championship in unforgettable fashion in 2021 with a 3-2 overtime victory vs. Mexico. After a back-and-forth 90 minutes, Christian Pulisic netted the game-winning penalty in the 114th minute before substitute goalkeeper Ethan Horvath saved a late penalty kick from Mexico to secure the trophy.
In 2023, the U.S. topped Canada 2-0 with goals from defender Chris Richards and forward Folarin Balogun. Forward Gio Reyna assisted both scorers as the duo became the first and second players to score their first international goals in a final.
During the 2024 edition, the USMNT lifted the Concacaf Nations League trophy for a third time. In the final vs. Mexico, midfielder Tyler Adams scored an electrifying goal at the end of the first half before Gio Reyna put an exclamation point on things after the break to boost the U.S. to another Dos a Cero victory against its archrival.
ABOUT THE CONCACAF NATIONS LEAGUE
Created to maximize the quality, quantity and frequency of competitive matches for all of Concacaf’s 41 Member Associations, the Concacaf Nations League kicked off its 2026-27 edition during the international match window in September and October.
This is the tournament’s fifth edition with a revamped look including the Concacaf Nations League Finals for League A and, for the first time, centralized Championships for Leagues B and C. The 2026-27 CNL will again be played in a three-League format (A, B and C), with the region’s 41 men’s senior national teams distributed into the Leagues according to the results of the 2024-25 CNL and the competition’s promotion and relegation system.
The quarterfinal round will be played in a home-and-away format during the November international window with the aggregate winners in each quarterfinal advancing to the 2027 Concacaf Nations League Finals in March 2027 at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, Calif.
The pairings for the quarterfinals were determined based on the Concacaf Rankings Index following the October window and 2024-25 CNL Group Stage results.
