ATLANTA (Nov. 2, 2026) -- U.S. Men’s Futsal National Team head coach Hernán Garcias has called 18 players for a domestic training camp to be held Nov. 3-8 at the Georgia Power Court at the Arthur M. Blank U.S. Soccer National Training Center in Fayetteville, Ga.
This camp is the second under Garcias’ lead, who was named the first full-time head coach in the program’s history in June. Ten players return from his first camp, led by seven veterans of the 2024 Concacaf Futsal Championship: Robert Franzese-Damron (Ann Arbor, Mich.), Luciano Gonzalez (Mendoza, Argentina), Nicholas Lopez (Miami, Fla.), Sebastian Mendez (Dallas, Texas), David Ortiz (McKinney, Texas), Raphael Araujo (Tampa, Fla.) and Luiz Morales (Irving, Texas).
The roster features seven players from Major Arena Soccer League (MASL) clubs, including the San Diego Sockers and Milwaukee Wave with two players each. Three players compete in Europe, with Gonzalez and 18-year-old ala Daniel Fadiga in Italy’s Serie B, and Nicholas Lopez in Spain’s Segunda División.
There are five players on this roster who receive their first call-up to a training camp, Cesar Correa (Chicago, Ill.), Bennett Kouame (St. Louis Park, Minn.), Luis Peralta (Miami, Fla.), Juan Ramirez (Dallas, Texas) and Gavin Boyer (Columbia, Md.).
Former Futsal MNT players Diego Burato and Diego Moretti will serve as assistant coaches for the camp. Burato is also the head coach of the U.S. Women’s Futsal National Team.
The upcoming camp is part of the Federation’s continued focus on the U.S. Way philosophy, which emphasizes increased programming for the Extended National Teams – including the Futsal Nationals – to ensure they are fully prepared to compete and succeed on the world stage.
